Fairly clean, great hotel, a nice size rooms and very very helpful staff.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. Loved it.

Our room was newly renovated with large bed, plus the location was very convienient. Breakfast had lots of options, including cereals and scrambled eggs. It was nice to have snacks in the lobby.

It was fairly clean, staff was helpful. Large room, clean bathroom. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

Designer and medium priced accommodation. Easy going staff, provided courteous service and were ready to help. The room was inviting with the king bed, coffee table and the second bedroom. Conveniently based in a central area. The stay was comfortable, can recommend.

Totally best experience. Location short walk to old San Juan and beach, a Sizzler restaurant, the center. I was given beautiful room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

simple check-in, lovely staff, unbeatable location. surprisingly big and really cozy room with a luxury bathroom. this hotel is conveniently situated, walking distance to attractions. the airport is 0.5 km away.

There is bad smell in some places.

Overall a superb stay — great value, considering prices in other hotels. Top-notch service, awesome restaurant on site. A sandy beach, priceless view.

The weather was lovely, had exceptional stay. Adequate place, spotlessly clean, amazing value. Poolside bar and staff was always accommodating.

Every detail was exceptional, particularly location and views, overall I loved this hotel. The place was close to San Juan downtown. The beds were very comfortable, I slept well. They made my stay memorable.

Loved the place, it was fairly new and worked for me. Strategic, absolutely perfect location. Even though some of the staff were not very friendly, I had a truly memorable stay. Food was outstanding, drinks were hot.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. We truly enjoyed staying at Vistas De San Juan. Our room cost us US$ 174. It was just next door Playita de Condado.

Interesting place for a weekend in San Juan! We recommend once again. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose vistas de san juan. Location was within 20 min walking distance to Playita de Condado
